Medium Allison Dubois fires back after Kyle Richards addresses her infamous “Dinner Party from Hell” comments on Watch What Happens Live.
During Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG Kyle Richards about Allison Dubois’ now infamous prediction about her marriage to husband Mauricio Umansky from season one.
“Everyone has been sending me the Allison Dubois clip [from season one of RHOBH]. Was Allison right?” WWHL host Andy Cohen asked Kyle Richards.
“No. My husband and I were very, very happy. [Our relationship was] not fake. We really had an amazing marriage for a very long time,” Kyle replied.
She added: “I really feel that she was picking up on what Camille [Grammer] was going through because Camille wasn’t being honest about that at that time. Remember, at that point, nobody knew anything. She also [told me], ‘Oh, this is your second marriage? Then you’re not getting divorced.’ Remember that? Because everyone keeps forgetting about that moment.”
If you remember at Camille’s “Dinner Party from Hell,” Allison told Kyle of Mauricio:
“He will never emotionally fulfill you — ever. Know that.”
“He will never emotionally fulfill you, but you will stay with him, and he will take care of you,” she continued. “And as soon as the kids are bigger, you’ll have nothing in common.”
On Thursday, Allison Dubois clapped back at Kyle Richards following her appearance on WWHL. The medium took to Instagram to call out the RHOBH OG, claiming that “Kyle looked so bothered by the mention of my name” on WWHL.
She also set the record straight on what she really said during RHOBH’s infamous “Dinner Party from Hell” episode.
Allison wrote:
“Oh, Kyle, you looked so bothered by the mention of my name tonight and Dinner Party From Hell prediction on WWHL. I had to watch it for homework for David Yontef’s podcast Behind the Velvet Rope interview since I don’t watch Housewives, and they have a new season. Imagine my surprise when I was mentioned on Andy’s show. Kyle, STOP misquoting me. I said, “he’ll never emotionally fulfill you, and when your kids are older, you’ll have nothing in common. You’ll stay with him, and he’ll take care of you.” I NEVER used the word DIVORCE. I don’t care either way, but I never mentioned that. Be accurate. Good luck, it’s your life, just live it. Since Kyle mentioned this on National TV, I had to set the record straight.”
Just for fun let’s take it back to season one of RHOBH and the iconic “Dinner Party From Hell” scene.
Kyle and Mauricio met in a nightclub in 1994 and married in January 1996. The pair were married for 27 years prior to their separation earlier this year. The RHOBH couple share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, as well as daughter Farrah Brittany, 34, from Kyle‘s first marriage to ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
The two officially confirmed their separation earlier this month after months and months of speculation about the status of their marriage. On Wednesday’s episode of WWHL, Kyle revealed that she was the one who initiated the separation.
Currently, Kyle and Mauricio have zero plans to divorce and are continuing to live together in their marital home -albeit in separate bedrooms.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
