Lisa Hochstein is moving on up to a deluxe apartment in the Miami Beach sky amid her divorce from her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein!
The Real Housewives of Miami star has moved out of her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein‘s Star Island mansion, but have no fear – Lisa Hochstein’s new digs are just as luxurious – plus, they are Lenny-free! Yay!
Page Six reports that Lisa Hochstein has moved into a super luxurious 5,586-square-feet condo with a $32,000-per-month price tag. Lenny is “contributing up to $ 17,000 per month for the pad.”
The 5-bedroom, 5-and-a-half bath condo occupies the entire second floor and features 10-foot ceilings as well as floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of Miami.
Lisa Hochstein’s new building “includes full beach service, 24-hour onsite concierge, a fitness center and spa, zen park security and valet.”
The condo has “a private entrance foyer with an elevator [that] allows for ultimate privacy.” It also boasts an “oversized wraparound balcony with a private hot tub.”
On top of that, Lisa Hochstein’s new digs feature several enviable walk-in closets and a massive kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.

Earlier this month, Lisa was forced to move out of her and Lenny’s marital mansion on Star Island.
At the time, a source close to the RHOM star revealed that Lenny made Lisa’s move “awkward” and “chaotic.” The Miami-based plastic surgeon “unexpectedly arrived” at the home to “monitor” Lisa’s exit.
“He made the move really uncomfortable. She was trying to do her best to get everything done,” one insider shares. “He kept interfering. He should have been at work. He berated her. He was being a drama queen and trying to intimidate her.”
Since then, Lenny’s mistress/fiancée Katharina Mazepa has moved into his Miami mansion. The two continue to taunt Lisa, with Katharina posting selfies from Lisa’s former car while Lenny has posted photos of their kids having family time with him and Katharina on social media.
RHOM is expected to return to Bravo in late 2023 or early 2024.
