Get a rare glimpse into Lisa Vanderpump’s finances. We now learn that the Pump Rules star has $19M in mortgages on her $12M home amid gossip she’s moving to Vegas.

Lisa Vanderpump has taken out several loans on her Beverly Hills mansion, Villa Rose. This news comes to light amid rumors the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is planning to sell Villa Rosa and move to Las Vegas to continue growing their restaurant empire.

The Bravoleb and her husband, Ken Todd, purchased Villa Rosa in 2011 for $12M. Villa Rose sits on two acres of land and boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Since then, the longtime reality TV star has taken out three major loans on the property.

According to The U.S. Sun, Lisa and Ken took out a loan for $6,225,400 with the Banc of California in August 2015. Then, in May 2017, the West Hollywood restauranteurs took out another loan for $6,350,000 with JP Morgan Chase Bank.

Two years later, in November 2019, they again took out a mortgage for $6,350,000 with Deutsche Bank Trust Company America.

Lisa and Ken have taken out a total of $18,925,400 in loans against their Villa Rosa property. This is $7M more than what they paid for the property in 2011.

It’s unclear if Lisa and Ken have paid off any of the loans mentioned above.

Some fans believe that Lisa recently sold Villa Rosa in a secret sale. Podcaster Ryan Bailey was the first to perpetuate this rumor.

This rumor lines up with other speculation that Lisa is planning to move to Las Vegas full-time in order to expand her restaurant empire at Ceasar’s Palace.

On the May 31st episode of the So Bad It’s Good podcast, Ryan Bailey claimed that all signs point to Lisa Vanderpump moving to Las Vegas.

“Lisa seems to always be there [in Vegas], she’s hinted at opening another place in Vegas, she let the lease go for Pump, Pump is done,” Bailey explained.

He continued, “From all things I’ve been thrown that Villa Rosa has been sold off-market, so why would she be selling her house, selling Pump, there is a little bit of play in this for me, they are getting older, Vegas is this huge opportunity, three restaurants already potentially out there… could they split?”

Lisa has yet to confirm or deny any reports that she is moving to Las Vegas or has sold Villa Rosa.

Stay tuned for more on this developing story.

Pump Rules will return for season 11 in 2024.
