David Beador’s marriage to his second wife, Lesley Cook Beador, is officially OVER.
According to TMZ, David re-filed for divorce from Lesley at the end of May. David Beador divorce lists May 23 as his and Lesley’s date of separation and cites ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause for the split.
This is the second time that David has filed for divorce from Lesley. Back in September of 2022, David initially filed for divorce from Lesley after only 23 months of marriage. At the time, he cited irreconcilable differences as the reasoning behind the split, per TMZ.
Back in September, David Beador was seeking joint physical and legal custody of his and Lesley’s 2-year-old daughter, Anna Love. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum also made it clear that he did not want to pay spousal support as agreed to in their prenup.
A month later, David asked for the divorce petition to be dismissed.
David Beador is once again asking the court to terminate their ability to award Lesley spousal support – again citing the prenuptial agreement he and Lesley have in place.
However, now David is seeking legal and physical custody of his and Lesley’s 2-year-old daughter, with Lesley only getting visitation rights.
This news comes just days after David reunited with his ex-wife Shannon Beador.
The former Bravo couple ran into each other at The Quiet Woman, a restaurant in Corona Del Mar, CA. David and Shannon posed for a photo together. Shannon then uploaded the image to Instagram, which caused a major uproar in the Bravoverse.
Shannon explained that “It’s been years” since she and David saw each other, adding, ““You never know who you are going to run into at the @thequietwomancdm ? @david_beador_.”
