Bravo fans are getting their first look at Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas‘ Real Housewives of New Jersey wedding special.
On Tuesday, Bravo dropped the trailer for Teresa Giudice’s upcoming one-part wedding special, which will air on Tuesday, May 23.
In the trailer for “Teresa Gets Married,” fans see Teresa and Louie’s big day be clouded by their family drama with Joe and Melissa Gorga.
Teresa breaks down into tears over her brother’s decision to skip her wedding.
A distressed Teresa says, “I just don’t want his name brought up.”
Louie, on the other hand, threatens to “f—king bury” Joe and Melissa for their social media antics on his and Teresa’s wedding day.
“If these f—king people put out one more message on Instagram, I swear to God I’m going to f—king bury them so bad.”
If you don’t remember, Joe and Melissa boasted about their “real family” on Instagram the night before Teresa and Louie’s wedding.
Melissa and Joe shared photos of themselves with Melissa’s family on their Instagram Stories.
The 44-year-old wrote:
“God blessed me with an amazing family.”
Joe then quipped:
“Blood doesn’t make you family.”
Meanwhile, Gia Giudice says that her entire family’s relationship with the Gorgas is over for good.
In her confessional, the 22-year-old declares:
“It’s over for everybody — including me and my sisters.”
The drama between the Gorgas and Teresa Giudice hit a fever pitch this summer after a cheating allegation about Melissa came to light while filming the season 13 finale episode. Melissa allegedly cheated on Joe with their longtime friend, Nick Barrotta.
Melissa and Joe blamed Teresa for the rumor coming to light when she had no part in it. In fact, Melissa and Joe were already aware of the rumor before filming for season 13 of RHONJ began to film last spring.
A source close to production previously told AllAboutTRH exclusively:
“It all started when Margaret Josephs and her former BFF Laura Lee Jansen had a fallout. Laura was upset with Margaret, so she asked to meet up with Jennifer Aydin and Teresa Giudice. She let both of them know that Margaret isn’t so innocent off camera. Laura revealed that Margaret told her that Melissa Gorga allegedly cheated on Joe Gorga by making out with a man named Nick Barotta and that she saw it. Again – Margaret had no intention of it being out there. She had told her BFF Laura in confidence before they fell out.
Both Jennifer and Teresa didn’t believe the rumor but couldn’t believe Margaret was saying this. Teresa and Louie then confronted Joe Gorga OFF CAMERA before the season began filming because they wanted to make him aware of it, and nothing came out of it. Teresa never was going to bring it up on camera, but she wanted Joe to know this is what Margaret had said.”
So why did Joe and Melissa skip Teresa’s wedding if they already knew about the cheating allegation?
Our source explains:
“A few days before the wedding – they filmed the season finale of New Jersey, and Melissa blamed Teresa for the entire thing.
Louie was upset that Teresa was the one being blamed, and Joe Gorga ends up charging at Louie to the point that he had to be restrained.
The next day they make the announcement that they are not coming to the wedding.”
