New York is back, baby! Bravo is FINALLY giving us a premiere date for the Real Housewives of New York reboot!
On Monday, Bravo announced that the Real Housewives of New York would be returning on returning to Bravo on July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The show’s fourteenth season will feature a brand new cast, marking a fresh start for the long-running New York-based Real Housewives franchise.
Season 14 of the Real Housewives of New York will star Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield.
Bravo debuted the new RHONY cast at BravoCon 2022. At the time, Andy Cohen explained:
“Real Housewives of New York were looking for a group of friends who were actually connected. Women with interesting jobs — we have Brooklyn, Tribeca, all over town. Really cool jobs, fashion, PR, model, influencer, all different types. Their energy and humor is great.”
Meanwhile, Bravo also shared a brief teaser on Monday. Check it out below!
No new episodes of the Real Housewives of New York have aired since season 13 finished airing in late 2021. After season 13, the New York Housewives franchise was put on “pause” due to backlash from fans. Season 13 was so bad that Bravo never even filmed a reunion, which is a Real Housewives first.
“We are kind of on pause at this moment,” Andy revealed on The Wendy Williams Show in November 2021. “We have a lot of casting happening, and we’re looking at every option, man.”
Since then, fans have been chomping at the bit for new episodes of RHONY. Hopefully, this reboot is everything fans have dreamed of and more! Bravo fans are desperate for the comedic relief they know and love from the New York Housewives franchise.
RHONY returns to Bravo for season 14 on July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
