The ex of Pump Rules star Lala Kent has put their former Los Angeles home on the market, according to the New York Post.

Randall Emmett is looking to offload his Bel Air mansion once again. He first put the property on the market in May 2022 for $6.3M before lowering the asking price to $5.79M.

Now, the Hollywood producer is asking $4.9M for the 4,276 square ft home that was designed by Bravoleb Jeff Lewis.

The two-story, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home has floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain, canyon, and ocean views. The property also features a pickleball court, a pool, and an outside bar.

Meanwhile, Andy Cohen is revealing the advice he gave to Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz after his disastrous appearance on Watch What Happens Live last week.

As Bravo fans know, Schwartz let his loose lips get the best time of him last when he revealed perhaps a little too much about Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss‘ affair. Tom made several headline-making statements during his appearance on WWHL that left the Bravoverse shocked.

One of Schwartz’s biggest problems was that he couldn’t stop talking.

“I told Tom Schwartz [that] you answer the question and then you stop talking, and when you stop talking, that means I have to say something,” said on Monday’s episode of his SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live.”

Andy called Schwartz’s rambles on WWHL “word salad.”

“I think one of the reasons that people were so just enraged and activated about Wednesday’s ‘Watch What Happens Live’ was that Tom was giving answers, and he would say an answer, and then he would keep talking, and then he would keep talking some more, and then in the final stretch of still talking maybe even totally contradict himself,” Andy explained, per Page Six.

The WWHL host then gave three examples from Schwartz’s interview that drove his point home: the first was Schwartz calling his ex-wife Katie Maloney “a monster,” then saying that Tom and Raquel’s current relationship is “toxic,” and finally, Schwartz urging fans to give Sandoval a “hug” if they see him.

“I asked him how’s [Sandoval] doing, and he’s like, ‘Tom is really bad. He’s a shell of himself.’ Just leave it there! Leave it there!” Andy said. “What he went on to say was, ‘If you see him, give him a hug.’ Now that for some people was kind of a bridge too far.”

Pump Rules airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
