RHONJ‘s Dolores Catania had quite a bit of tea to spill while appearing on the April 4 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
To start, Dolores confessed to using the weight loss drug Ozempic. The 52-year-old admitted to jumping on the GLP-1 agonist “bandwagon.”
“I wasn’t going to come to the reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,” she said, before noting that “not one” of her RHONJ co-stars isn’t also taking the drug.
When asked about the side effects, Dolores explained that she’s “Just not hungry.”
She later clarified that she’s “actually [taking] Mounjaro,” which is another GLP-1 agonist like Ozempic.
Dolores noted that while she is “tell[ing] the truth,” about using the weight loss drug she also wanted to note that, “The reunion is in two weeks. I do have a trainer.”
The RHONJ star and Andy Cohen went on to discuss the upcoming season 13 reunion, which is set to be filmed next week.
The mom of two admitted that she is nervous and worried for the reunion. Turns out so is Andy.
“This one’s gonna be tough regarding Teresa [Giudice] and Melissa [Gorga] To me it’s over,” Andy said.
Dolores agreed, “I feel that way. Teresa feels that way also. And Melissa.”
“They all feel the same way. There’s like a clarity about them all about [the drama],” Andy noted to which Dolores replied, “I see that too. Where do we go from here?”
“I don’t understand that like a decade later they’re still fighting. They just don’t get along,” fellow WWHL guest and RHOM star Marysol Patton interjected.
“That’s what I mean. Like they say, ‘Oh, Louie came into the picture now they’re not gonna get along again’ But this has been a long time coming,” Dolores explained.
When it comes to Joe Gorga‘s allegation that Louie Ruelas caused the rumored fallout between Teresa and her BFF Dina Manzo, Dolores says she doesn’t believe that is true while also admitting that Teresa never opened up to her about any issues she may have had with Dina.
“I don’t think Louie is the cause of that. There’s been a lot of things going on long before Louie,” Dolores said of the drama between Teresa and the Gorgas.
“So do you, is so do you know why Dina and Teresa fell out?” Andy asked to which Dolores replied, “No.”
Dolores, added, “I don’t have anything to do with that relationship with her. There’s a common understanding between me and Teresa. Like I don’t ask questions unless she tells me something. And it’s the same thing here.”
Andy noted that Dolores is very good friends with Dina’s estranged sister Caroline Manzo so it explains why Dolores wouldn’t ask Teresa about her friendship with Dina. Dolores and Dina used to be friends but had a falling out years ago.
