Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is once again throwing a Vanderpump Rules wrench in things.
The Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion is “in jeopardy” due to Raquel’s restraining order against costar Scheana Shay.
Scheana’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, accuses Raquel of “sabotaging” the Bravo reality TV show by taking unfounded legal action against his client falling their fallout over Raquel’s seven-month-long affair with Tom Sandoval.
“It just can’t happen in any meaningful way while this order is in place,” the attorney tells Page Six. Currently, the season 10 reunion is set to film on March 23.
“The temporary restraining order, as it stands now, currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 yards of Rachel, so they can’t both be physically present at the reunion,” he continues.
Rahmani says, “there really is no mechanism to modify this type of temporary civil restraining order before the [March 29 court] hearing, so the reunion, at least having them all together in person, is certainly in jeopardy.”
According to the attorney, one of the women will need to appear via Zoom while the other attends the reunion in person.
He adds: “Scheana still can’t communicate with Rachel either directly or through an intermediary.”
Meanwhile, Katie Maloney isn’t waiting until the reunion to say her peace to Raquel.
The 36-year-old dubbed Raquel an “idiot” while appearing on the March 15 episode of Lala Kent’s Give Them Lala podcast.
“I gave you every opportunity,” Kaite said. “I was so kind to you when I didn’t have to be, but I was.” She then told Raquel directly, “‘f–k you.’”
“The fact that you didn’t really step or appreciate that or recognize that, and you walked all over that and took a giant dump on it, you’re an idiot,” she continued. “You deserve … what’s coming to you right now.”
Later in the episode, Katie also delivered a scathing read of Sandoval.
“I never stood a chance with him. He was always gonna find fault with me,” Katie said, claiming that Sanodval “never” respected her.
This all comes just weeks after Ariana Madix dumped Sandoval after learning of his affair with Raquel. Since the news of their affair broke, Sandoval and Raquel have faced backlash from the Bravoverse. Sandoval claims Ariana deserved “better” from him, while Raquel blamed the affair on an “addiction” to love.
Before their split, Ariana and Sandoval dated for nearly a decade and owned a $2 million home together in Los Angeles.
On Wednesday, Kaite admitted that she noticed “similarities” in Sandoval and Ariana’s relationship that she saw in her marriage to Tom Schwartz, which ended in early 2022.
“Who wants to say, ‘Hey, you know that marriage I just ended because of all these things? I see that in your own relationship?’” she shared.
Lala agreed, telling Kaite, “Not many women are strong enough to say, ‘This is not what I want to be in.’ I do admire … that something horrific didn’t happen for you to get that strength [to leave Schwartz].”
