Lisa Vanderpump is shutting down the rumor mill!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum denies rumors her West Hollywood restaurant and bar, PUMP, is closing its doors.
The drama all started when Los Angeles-based realtor Leslie Haro posted on Instagram that the building where PUMP is located would soon be on the market.
“Stay tuned for details…exclusively representing this opportunity #newlisting alert,” Haro wrote alongside a photo of PUMP. “2nd generation restaurant #forlease #westhollywood DM me for details.”
After this surprising news popped up on Instagram, Faces By Bravo spilled some more tea.
“A month before this news of liquor license suspensions and #PUMP being up for lease – Sunday brunch patrons and employees were shocked to arrive at #PUMP to an EVICTION NOTICE for allegedly unpaid rent for 7 months,” the Bravo gossip account revealed on Twitter.
This all comes just days after the WeHo Times revealed that the liquor licenses at two of LVP’s biggest restaurants were suspended on March 8, 2023.
The Alcohol Beverage Control suspended LVP’s liquor licenses at PUMP and Tom Tom after the Bravoleb failed to pay the liquor license fees for both West Hollywood hotspots.
As Faces By Bravo explained, the liquor license for Tom Tom has been “renewed” while PUMP’s remains “inactive.”
Despite all the chatter, it seems that this tea is ice cold – at least according to LVP.
The Pump Rules boss-lady shut down the gossip about PUMP on Twitter, saying, “Ok, no… #PumpRestaurant will be open as normal…#fakenews.”
In the same tweet, LVP also denied the claim that she paid Raquel Leviss to have an affair with Tom Sandoval in order to boost ratings for Vanderpump Rules and secure another season of the show.
“Oh, and no, I didn’t pay cast members to sleep together for ratings #pumprules they do that own their own #fakenews. Have a beautiful day, everyone,” Lisa said on Twitter.
This response comes just days after Lisa’s former friend and RHOBH costar Teddi Mellencamp suggested she manipulated the whole affair between Tom and Raquel for ratings on Pump Rules.
“She probably paid Raquel [Leviss] to do this,” Teddi suggested while appearing on Melissa Gorga’s “On Display” podcast.
Teddi then said that LVP is loving this scandal because it will benefit her and her restaurants.
“I think she wants the best for herself, as I would as well. You guys wouldn’t? You’d want your shows to tank?” Teddi quipped.
Vanderpump Rules airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm on Bravo.
