The Real Housewives of New Jersey - RHONJ

Teresa Giudice Slams ‘Toxic’ Joe and Melissa Gorga; Insists They Only Came Around her Family When the Cameras Were Rolling: ‘I F–king Finally Woke Up’

Teresa Giudice isn’t holding back when it comes to her true feelings about Joe and Melissa Gorga.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG sounded off on her brother and sister-in-law on her Namaste B$tches podcast.

“I am always about family. But when family is toxic and is trying to hurt you, that’s when you need to step away, and that’s what I’m doing now,” Teresa revealed. “I’m being truthful and honest, and I’m standing strong in what I believe. The past 10 years, it’s like a revelation happened to me now. My eyes have been opened.”

“I’ve been taken for a fool. I’ve been dragged through the mud. My family did come on the show and betrayed me. It was an ultimate betrayal,” she continued.

According to Teresa, Joe and Melissa used her to get cast on RHONJ.

“My brother would only come around when I was filming. Now I get it. I was just used and abused just so they could become famous, so they could get their paycheck from [RHONJ],” she explained.

“I’m glad everyone’s seeing the truth, that she’s lied through her teeth for the past ten years,” Teresa said in reference to Melissa’s lies about how she joined RHONJ during season 3.

Melissa still claims that she was approached by Bravo to join RHONJ and that Teresa knew about it long before filming began.

However, former RHONJ producer Carlos King recently confirmed that Melissa did reach out to production behind Teresa’s back and that Teresa didn’t know about Melissa joining the show until production began for season 3.

“The only way she’s relevant is if she talks about me and I f-cking finally … I f-cking finally woke up,” Teresa quipped.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns for season 13 on February 7.
