Erika Jayne’s Deposition in $25 Million Bankruptcy Lawsuit

The hits keep coming for Erika Jayne!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was recently grilled about her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s finances.

The Trustee overseeing Tom’s bankruptcy continues to demand that the reality TV star return the $25 million that Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm transferred to Erika’s EJ Global LLC. Court documents show that Girardi Keese spent over $14 million paying the American Express bill for EJ Global over the years.

Erika has denied any wrongdoing and would like to see the case against her dismissed.

However, according to the latest update in the case, Erika will likely be going to trial in 2023.

The Trustee recently deposed the Pretty Mess singer, and it seems that both parties wish to head to trial over the $25 million lawsuit.

“The [Trustee] has deposed [Jayne]. No other depositions have been taken or noticed,” the Trustee recently revealed to the court in documents obtained by Radar Online on December 16. The Trustee notes that both parties are prepared to head to trial and that Erika requests a trial by jury.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.
