It’s rare that a Real Housewife looks the same as they did their first season on the show and the Real Housewives of Miami cast is no expectation.
The Miami Housewives may look fabulous, but some are almost hard to recognize from when they first emerged on the Bravo scene.
Alexia Echevarria, Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Adriana De Moura, and Marysol Patton have all changed since last appearing on RHOM back in 2013.
While some of the Miami Housewives have admitted to breast augmentations, nose jobs, filler, and more, others claim to be all-natural even though they don’t look anything like their former selves.

When AllAboutTRH posted these before and after photos on our Instagram, Lisa clarified that she’s since had all her filler removed.
“That’s an old photo. I removed most of my filler. Try to find a more recent, accurate photo,” she commented.
