Joe Gorga alleges that Jennifer Aydin lied about their now-infamous showdown at BravoCon.
“Everything that you heard is a lie,” Joe said on Friday during an appearance with Frank Catania on the “Chicks in the Office” podcast.
“Whatever you heard Jennifer’s assistant say, it was all lies,” he insisted.
In October, Jennifer’s assistant claimed on TikTok that Jen tossed a cup of water on Joe after he called her a “f–king dirty bitch.”
Yet, Joe insists Jennifer was the instigator.
“The story is out there that she threw a drink [on] me, and I was saying these vulgar things to her — no,” he explained. “First of all, I was 50 feet away with my wife … Jennifer likes to dig a lot, and she gets involved in my family business.”
Joe did admit that his wife, Melissa Gorga, “did say something” to Jennifer that was the catalyst for the drink-tossing showdown.
Melissa previously confessed that she told her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star, “Keep moving, wannabe. Come on, loser, just keep walking. There’s the elevator” after Jennifer gave her a “snarky stare.”
After Melissa and Jennifer exchanged words, Joe said he expected the confrontation to stay between the women but adds that Jennifer is “not like that.”
“If you watched her on the TV show through the years, she drinks a lot, she’s violent, she throws things, she breaks glasses, she wants to stab you with it, she throws knives,” Joe added. “I mean, this is who she is; she’s crazy. Picture her in real life. That’s editing!”
He claimed that Jennifer is “out of her mind” before clarifying that a drink was “never thrown” at him but instead at his assistant.
“She was out of control to the point where it was embarrassing,” Joe noted. “Yelling at the top of her lungs like a maniac.”
Meanwhile, during the same interview, Joe also insisted that Jennifer “fuels the fire” when it comes to his and Melissa’s family issues with his sister Teresa Giudice.
