The plot thickens!
Just days before David Beador filed for divorce, his wife Lesley Beador’s ex Eriks Pukke obtained a temporary restraining order against the Real Housewives of Orange County alum.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, on August 22, an Orange County court granted Pukke a temporary restraining order against David. The restraining order was set to expire on September 14 but was extended per Pukke’s request.
Pukke and Lesley share two young children – a boy and a girl.
Per the restraining order, David was unable to “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, abuse, destroy personal property of” Pukke. He also cannot “disturb the peace of” Pukke, who is a fellow Orange County, Calif., resident.
David is also not allowed to contact Pukke “either directly, or indirectly in any way, including but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, by public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”
On top of that, David is required to stay 100 yards away from Pukke.
David’s attorney tells Page Six that a civil harassment case was filed after the temporary restraining order was granted. This will all be dismissed after all parties involved had come to an agreement on Monday, October 3. The dismissal will be filed with the court on Oct. 11 after a hearing.
Last month David filed for divorce from Lesley on September 15, citing irreconcilable differences. They had only been married 23 months and share a 19-month-old daughter, Anna Love Beador.
Days later, Lesley claimed that David was withdrawing his divorce petition, yet no proof confirming that statement could be located.
On September 28, Lesley announced she was filing for divorce from David.
“I am filing for divorce. While this is not what I would have ever expected, it is what is best,” she announced on Instagram.
RHOC is set to return for season 17 in early 2023.
