It seems that David Beador may have had a change of heart about splitting from his wife Lesley Beador only days after filing for divorce.
According to Lesley, David has called off their divorce. On Wednesday, September 21, the 38-year-old announced the news via her Instagram Story.
“My husband filed a request for dismissal a few days ago,” Lesley claimed.
Lesley shared a cozy photo of her and David, adding, “Now back to your regular programming.”

Despite Lesley’s claims, Page Six reports that a spokesperson for the Superior Court of California in Orange County says they have not received any requests to dismiss the petition for divorce “at this time.” The source also noted that no request is currently in the “queue to be filed.”
This all comes a week after David filed a petition for divorce. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split. The date of separation is listed as September 15, which is the same day David filed for divorce.
David and Lesley share a 19-month-old daughter, Anna Love Beador, and David is seeking joint physical and legal custody. When it comes to spousal support, David noted in the filing that he doesn’t want to pay any, adding that he and Lesley have a prenup.
The two tied the knot in October 2020 and welcomed their daughter four months later.
David was previously married to Shannon Beador for 17 years, and the two share 3 daughters. Their marriage and split were featured on RHOC.
RHOC is set to return for season 17 in early 2023.
