Things are heating up in Orange County!
The OG of the OC may not be returning to the Real Housewives of Orange County anytime, but that doesn’t mean she’s sitting on the sidelines.
According to Kelly Dodd, she and Vicki Gunvalson will be doing a podcast together in the very near future.
Kelly revealed this news on her podcast, The Rick and Kelly Show, with her husband, Rick Leventhal.
“Vicki wants to do a show with me,” Kelly explained. “And I told her, ‘Yeah, that would be great.’ We were thinking of names.”
Rick then chimed in from off-camera, saying, “This is breaking news; you’re going to do another podcast. This time with Vicki. You and Vicki together. It’s going to be awesome.”
“It’s going to be great,” Kelly said in agreement.
Despite the excitement over her new podcast with Kelly, Vicki is still reeling over the fact that her BFF Tamra Judge was asked back to RHOC, and she was not.
Vicki recently chatted with E!’s Daily Pop about how she handled
“The immediate thing I did was cry,” Vicki confessed before adding that she asked herself, “What does she have that I don’t have?”
She then acknowledged that she and Tamra aren’t a packaged deal and that they are “individual people.”
Meanwhile, The Real Housewives Zone on Instagram reports that Alexis Bellino is not returning to RHOC for season 17.
Alexis’ talks with Bravo reportedly “fizzled” out pretty quickly for unknown reasons.
However, there are two new Housewives that are possibly joining the cast instead. The rumored newbies are Heather Amin and Jennifer Pedranti.
The RHOC season 17 cast currently consists of Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Shannon Beador. RHOBH OG Taylor Armstrong will appear on the show as a friend of the Housewives.
RHOC is set to return for season 17 in late 2022 or early 2023.
