Thank God Teresa Giudice is a reality TV veteran because she knew exactly how to handle her wedding invite drama.
Teresa played it cool when Real Housewives of New York OG Ramona Singer accidentally leaked her wedding invite on Instagram.
“Eventually, I’m sure people were gonna find out where it was gonna be anyway,” she told E! News. “But, there was the password to get onto the website, so I had to change everything.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star chalks up the faux pas as an honest mistake. Teresa explained that when she found out about the leak she called Ramona and asked her to “‘Please take it down from your story.'”
As for more hints about the wedding Teresa said fans will have to “wait and see.”
“Outside of the dresses,” Teresa’s fiancé Louie Ruelas chimed in, “we’re involved in everything together. We’re gonna pick out suits together, everything. Colors, linens, seats, yeah.”
Louie added that they are expecting 150 to 200 guests and that the wedding will be “fun, lot of love in the room [and a] lot of dancing.”
Meanwhile, Ramona addressed the snafu while appearing on the June 10 episode of SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live.”
“Well, they’re definitely gonna need more security, that’s for sure,” she joked.
When asked if Teresa and Louie needed to make any changes to their big day because of the leak Ramona replied, “I don’t know. I have yet to pick up the phone to speak to Teresa because I’m so embarrassed about what happened. I will find out later what’s gonna go on.”
Ramona insists she is still invited to the fête and that the leak “wasn’t intentional” as she was just “so excited” to get the “most gorgeous invitation” in the mail.
“I just thought, ‘OK, I shared this beautiful invite with everybody,’” she recalled. “All of a sudden, I get a phone call. ‘Take it down, take it down!’”
RHONJ will return for season 13 in late 2022 or early 2023.
