The divorce between Lenny and Lisa Hochstein is getting ugly!
The Miami-based plastic surgeon is demanding a court kick the Real Housewives of Miami star out of their $52 million Miami Beach mansion because she refuses to leave.
In court documents obtained by The Sun, Lenny claims that per the couple’s prenuptial agreement Lisa would exit the home if one of them ever filed for divorce which he did on May 23, 2022.
According to Lenny, their prenup states that the wife will “vacate the Marital Home then occupied by the parties within thirty (30) days of such filing.”
In Lenny’s most recent court filing, he alleges: “The Wife has indicated she currently does not intend to vacate the Marital Home.”
While the former couple’s prenup does not require Lenny to provide Lisa with a new home after their divorce the so-called Boob God says he’s offered to do just that.
“Husband has offered to purchase a $3.5 million dollar residence where the Wife may reside, or rent the Wife a luxury residence for a reasonable period of time while she obtains her own residence,” the filing claimed.
Lenny also claims that he has offered to pay all of Lisa’s moving costs and take “all steps necessary to comfortably transition the Wife to luxurious accommodations that are comfortable for her and the children.”
The Hochsteins were married for 12 years and share two children: Logan, 6, and daughter Elle, 2.
