Teresa Giudice says that things with her brother Joe Gorga are “good” following their drama at the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 reunion.
“We’re good. I apologized to him,” the RHONJ OG told “Entertainment Tonight” on Monday. “But you know, brothers and sisters call each other names all the time, right? We haven’t done that in a while. He’s called me names in the past that, you know, I didn’t like either.”
“But I wasn’t trying to say that. I was just trying to make a point. I wouldn’t hurt my brother,” she insisted before adding, “I love my brother, and I don’t want to insult him in any way.”
As we previously reported, Teresa publicly apologized to Joe on Instagram. However, he did not like or reply to her apology, so it’s unclear if they resolved their issues privately.
“I am so sorry did not mean that at all there was so much going on during the taping that I lost myself. Love you tons XOXO,” Teresa wrote under a post on Joe’s Instagram about their reunion drama.
Meanwhile, Joe and his wife Melissa Gorga recently aired out their issues with Teresa on an episode of Melissa’s ‘On Display’ podcast.
Joe still holds a grudge about Teresa not having Melissa in her bridal party; calling the move a slap in the face to him and disrespectful.
The reality TV couple also feels Teresa owes them a thank you for participating in Bravo’s Teresa Checks In special with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, to help them make money while Teresa was in prison and Joe was unemployed.
Despite Teresa’s claims that she and her baby brother are all “good” Joe is singing another tune.
The RHONJ husband appeared on Tuesday’s WWHL alongside the rest of the Jersey house-husbands where he made it clear he hasn’t forgiven Teresa for calling him a “bitch boy” at the season 12 reunion.
“I forgive Jennifer, because ‘bitch boy’ from her, really, no disrespect, doesn’t mean anything,” Joe said. “But from my sister, no, I don’t forgive.”
RHONJ will return for season 13 in late 2022 or early 2023.
