Double standard? Some Bravo fans think so.
Following Wednesday’s premiere of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans began calling out Kyle Richards for her reaction to Sutton Stracke’s lack of empathy towards Dorit Kemsley’s home invasion.
As we previously reported, Kyle was taken aback by Sutton’s reaction to Dorit’s home robbery. Sutton acts nonchalantly towards Kyle’s tears over Dorit’s ordeal. Instead, Sutton tells Kyle she’s “putting out fires all day,” adding, “it’s all relative. I mean, I wasn’t held at gunpoint. I’m sorry.”
“What is wrong with you?” Kyle tells the camera. “Are you that wrapped up in yourself that you are not grasping what just happened to our friend? Oh yeah, ‘Let me hear about your problems.'”
Fans took issue with Kyle’s reaction, considering the perceived lack of compassion she showed Lisa Vanderpump following her brother’s funeral.
Bravosnarkside shared a scene between Kyle and Lisa from season 9 at Vanderpump Dogs. This resulted in fans calling out Kyle’s double standard.

Kyle addressed the criticism during Wednesday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
“Kyle, Would you say that Sutton’s reaction and response to your crying over Dorit’s situation is at all similar to your reaction to LVP crying about her brother’s death and you saying, ‘We all have issues.’ Why the double standard?” Andy asked, noting WWHL got this question a lot on Twitter.
“Well, I knew that was coming,” Kyle admitted. “I don’t know. I can’t go back to it…obviously, I’ve already apologized for that a long time ago. I can’t go back to that. I mean, I was literary at the moment, just left Dorit’s house; I was in the same outfit I had been leaving Dorit’s.”
“Both not okay,” Kyle noted.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm on Bravo.
