Tom Girardi’s debt is more extensive than anyone could have ever imagined!
According to several outlets, including Radar Online, the trustee presiding over the bankruptcy case for Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm has revealed shocking debt figures.
Here is an alphabetical list of all the claims in the Girardi Keese bankruptcy totaling a staggering $517,943,491.63. You can read the list of claimants. Many of them will be challenged. https://t.co/GJQmNJKAIm

According to court documents, there are a total of $517 million in claims filed against the law firm, including “$363 million in unsecured claims, $17 million in priority claims, $137 million in secured claims, and another $250k in administrative claims.”
These numbers are jaw-dropping considering that Tom now claims to have no assets left. This new development means it’s highly likely that Tom’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, will get little to no financial payout when their divorce is eventually finalized.
Tom and Erika’s longtime Pasadena mansion has been on the market for months without a buyer coming to the table. The trustee is trying to unload the property and has dropped the asking price to a mere $8 million.
The trustee is also suing Erika for millions. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is being sued to return the $25 million Tom’s law firm used to pay the bills for her EJ Global company.
The reality TV star filed for divorce from Tom in 2020 after 20 years of marriage. Erika ended her relationship with Tom as his financial and legal woes hit the fan. She had requested spousal support in their divorce, which was paused when Tom’s bankruptcy cases were filed.
Tom’s debts need to be paid before Erika will be granted a divorce or see a dime in spousal support.
RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.
