It’s not just fans that aren’t a fan of Jennifer Aydin’s plastic surgery. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star admitted that she regrets her recent plastic surgery that included a nose job and chin implant.
The reality TV star says she wasn’t happy with her chin implant and had it removed a short time after surgery.
On Instagram Jen explained:
“Just so you guys know, I was not happy with the way that I looked when we were filming this day. The bottom half of my face was still numb, and it was hard for it to move because of my chin implant.I got the chin implant on the recommendation of the doctor @drmustafaaliyanik and I immediately regretted it, but there was nothing I can do. Just like all of you, I was not happy with my nose job either. When you get plastic surgery, even though you know it’s a risk, you assume that you’re going to be happy with the results, which I wasn’t. It has since settled in nicely, but I do regret it. But what can I do? I just have to make the best of it and keep pushing forward. But know that I would never recommend that doctor to anyone- I’m officially done with surgeries! So try to be kind while you watch my healing process, in more ways than one. It wasn’t easy to share…any of it.”
As for why she got surgery just before filming season 12 of RHONJ, Jennifer said, “My surgery was already planned from way before I got the news of when filming was to start. And even though I was nervous [about] some of the backlash that may happen and I had no idea how whack I would look on camera, I remembered that I signed up to show my life. All aspects of it. So instead of healing before I filmed, I healed while I filmed( in more ways than 1), and let you all watch. I wasn’t totally happy with my chin from day one, And I was irritated that I listened to the recommendation of the doctor. Bill told me to give it time. Time is your best friend with any type of plastic surgery. I am happy to say that my nose has settled in nicely and is looking better every day. I wasn’t that happy with my chin so I have recently had it removed with @drkassir.”
Meanwhile, she also insisted she didn’t just go to some “random” plastic surgeon she found on Instagram.
“He wasn’t random. I was in contact with him for over a year communicating through FaceTime and through mutual friends and Bill vowed never to do surgery on me after my tummy tuck. And Bill’s specialty is the body. You only get one-sentence answers in the edit. Check out this guy’s page- if you don’t like the nose, take it up with him @drmustafaaliyanik,” she explained in a comment captured by Comments By Bravo.
