Slow and steady wins the race?
It’s no secret that the Real Housewives of New York won’t be returning to Bravo anytime in 2022 however that doesn’t mean the network isn’t working hard behind the scenes to revamp the once uber-successful Real Housewives franchise.
A new report from Deux Moi reveals that Bravo is “slowly” putting the cast together for season 14.
“RHONY season 14 is slowly (emphasis on slowly) starting to take shape,” a source revealed.
The source went on to explain that Bravo is planning to shake up the current cast. RHONY fans should only expect to see 3 current Housewives return for season 14 and 1 or 2 of them are expected to be OG or veteran castmembers.
“At the moment 3 from the current cast of 6 are potentially coming back,” the source explained. “Expect 1 or 2 OG/Vet returns and 2-3 newbies!”
However, the insider noted, “Don’texpect B to be a part of this shake-up.”
“NYC is back!!” the source concluded.
In November 2021, RHONY Executive Producer Andy Cohen confirmed that Bravo has put RHONY “on pause” for the moment.
“We are kind of on pause at this moment. We have a lot of casting happening and we are looking at every option,” Andy explained while appearing on The Wendy Williams Show.
“We are working on it. I love New York, you love New York, we all love New York,” he added.
