Lala Kent isn’t holding back when it comes to her ex Randall Emmett’s bedroom skills.
The Vanderpump Rules star shaded her sex life with Randall while promoting a vibrator in a post on Instagram.
“Tis the season for a little extra self-care! I’m giving away *thousands* of free vibrators and goodies to celebrate the holidays! It’s the best sexy time I’ve had in five years and eight months,” Lala captioned a photo of herself making a kissy face while posing with the sex toy.

Meanwhile, Lala got real about her split with Randall while appearing on Melissa Gorga’s new PodcastOne podcast, Melissa Gorga On Display.
“This whole experience has been traumatizing, and it haunts me daily,” Lala admitted.
Lala explained she’s still perplexed by “how I could feel so safe with someone and to have a conversation about starting a family.”
She added, “And him making me feel safe enough to bring this beautiful innocent life into the world is hard. It haunts me — like I said — daily.”
The reality TV star says her 9-month-year-old daughter Ocean Emmett is the one who is giving her the strength to push through this difficult time.
“I wonder often where I’m getting strength from, and obviously I see my daughter, and I know exactly where my strength is coming from,” she said.
In October, Lala broke up with Randall after photos of him with women at a hotel in Nashville surfaced on social media.
