Bravo Didn’t Film Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas’ Engagement Party For Season 12 of RHONJ

If you were hoping to see Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas’ engagement party on season 12 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey – think again.

Turns out Bravo didn’t film Teresa and Louie’s “spectacular” engagement party which went down on Friday at Bice Cucina in Soho.

A source told Page Six that cameras were not rolling at the party.

“The season is done, so it was not even a discussion,” an insider said. “The show is not in production.”

While cameras weren’t present at the event, several of Teresa’s RHONJ costars were including Jennifer and Bill Aydin and Melissa and Joe Gorga.

Jennifer shared a photo of her, Bill, Tre, and Louie on Instagram alongside the message, “Congratulations on the engagement of this magical couple! Bill and I wish you and your families all the best life has to offer! #Strength #Laughter #Love! We know you’ve all been through a lot so just remember that God doesn’t give you what you can’t handle!”

A source notes that Teresa and Louie wanted the party to be “intimate,” so they kept the guest list at 40 or 50 people.

Guests include the couple’s children as well as Louie’s mother, father, two sisters, and brother. The RHONJ OG has four daughters, Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12, while the NJ businessman has two sons, Louie Jr. and Nicholas.

“Teresa’s girls made a very emotional speech about how happy they were for their mother and Louie,” an insider said. “There wasn’t a dry eye in the place, it was beautiful.”

The event also included a “prominent photo” of Teresa’s late parents, Antonia and Giacinto Gorga.

One of the reasons Tre chose the venue, Bice Cucina, is because it features a tree of life and a tree of love.

Guests noshed on various Italian foods including penne vodka, branzino, and Chicken Parm. The menu also featured “tons” of appetizers including meatballs, eggplant, calamari, and Caprese salad.

“Guests were seated together at two long tables in the center of the restaurant,” an insider added. “The restaurant also served Danos tequila, which is Teresa’s favorite, so everybody was drinking Danos.”

“The night was absolutely spectacular,” a source concluded. “Love and happiness mixed with holiday cheer was definitely the vibe.”

Teresa and Louie got engaged in October after over a year of dating.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo in February 2022.
