RHONJ’s Melissa and Joe Gorga List Their Tom’s River Shore Home for $2.9M

The Gorgas are cleaning house! Nearly a year after selling their iconic Montville mansion the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple have put their Tom’s River shore house on the market.

According to a listing on Realtor.com, Joe and Melissa Gorga have listed their shore home for $2.9 million.

The home is located in the Windsor Park community of Toms River and is situated on a double lot at the end of a cul de sac on the Barnegat Bay.

The recently renovated 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom ”Bayfront Home” features a panoramic view of the Barnegat Bay. The 3500 sq ft home boasts a vibrant backyard with a large in-ground pool and 165 feet on the bayfront.

The RHONJ couple purchased the home in 2019 for $975,000. Since then the property has been heavily featured on RHONJ.

This news comes nearly two months after the reality TV couple broke ground on their new home, which won’t be a McMansion like their previous home.

In December 2020, the couple FINALLY sold their Montville home after years of trying to unload it.

The Gorga family is currently living in a rental as they build their next dream home.

It’s unclear why Joe and Melissa are selling their shore house however it’s highly likely they will purchase another shore home in the area.
