Erika Jayne spent the $25 million given to her by her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s law firm on a variety of expensive, but now a very interesting expense has come to light.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star reportedly shelled out $156,000 to a company with the same name as costar Lisa Rinna’s daughters’ DNA Inc. clothing company.

Tom’s past clients are currently suing Erika in federal court. The trustee overseeing the case claim that Erika funded her lavish lifestyle with funds from Tom’s law firm.

“Erika has direct knowledge that for at least 12 years, all of her expenses were being paid by [Girardi’s firm] as she was generating them,” the court docs read.

The Pretty Mess singer’s purchases included over $14,000,000 in American Express charges and payments for glam, jewelry, and other “lavish expenses.”

She also shelled out $156,000 to DNA Inc, which happens to be the name of Delilah and Amelia Hamlin’s now-defunct clothing line that debuted in 2019.

According to Radar Online, there is a production house called DNA, Inc, located in Santa Monica, that produces music videos.

It’s unclear which DNA Inc. received the $156k from Erika. The now-closed production company makes no mention of the singer on their Facebook page.

Attorney Ronald Richards is adamant that the money went to Lisa’s daughters’ company.

“We have no reason to believe those charges are for any other company than her friend Lisa Rinna’s daughters’ company. It looks like she threw them a large bone with these excessive purchases. Lisa and Erika have a close relationship, including sharing business managers, and Lisa has taken an active role in assisting Erika since she left Tom Girardi,” he said.

Richards plans to continue his investigation into Erika and her spending. He hopes to depose her in the very near future.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
