Erika Jayne was spotted doing a CVS run amid her legal woes with her ex husband Tom Girardi. The Pretty Mess star was on her way to a gym session when she decided to make a stop at the retail chain to pick up some workout essentials, such as a bottled water. Erika was peppered with questions from the paparazzi about Tom Girardi; however avoided answering any of them as she navigates her current legal issues. Erika has been in hot water as it has been reported that she allegedly received millions from Tom’s law firm, with little explanation as to why her LLC would receive these funds. Erika has maintained her innocence, saying she had no stake in EJ Global LLC, which has had allegedly had $20 million put into the account from the Girardi & Keese law firm. While Erika is working with lawyers on her defense, she is also being questions by her RHOBH co-stars as they want to know exactly how much she knew, as in the words of Sutton Stracke, ‘no on likes cheaters or liars.’
