Lisa Rinna owns it!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she claimed she is a changed woman since the show’s last season.
According to Lisa, she reevaluated herself after going after Denise Richards so harshly during season 11 of RHOBH, which is why she’s handling herself differently regarding co-star Erika Jayne’s divorce and legal drama.
While on WWHL, Andy read a tweet from one fan who called out Lisa for not calling out the inconsistencies in Erika’s stories considering how Lisa interrogated her past co-stars, including Denise, Yolanda Foster, Lisa Vanderpump, and Kim Richards.
The fan tweeted, “Lisa called out Denise for what she felt were inconsistencies in her explanation with Brandi. Why is she not doing the same with Erika’s stories? Are you going to ask Erika, ‘Why are you so angry?’ like she did to Denise? Own it, Rinna!”
Lisa responded, “I am somebody who does take a look at my behavior and what I’ve done. And I have grown since last year.”
She also insisted that she doesn’t think Erika knew anything about her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s alleged embezzlement crimes.
“Listen, I’ve known Erika a long time. I don’t think she knew anything,” she said. “You tell me how she would know— why would Tom Girardi tell Erika anything? The lawyers didn’t even know. I mean, that is how I feel. I’m gonna stand by it. If I’m wrong, I’ll f—— deal with it.”
“You know, I talk to Erika when Erika wants to talk. I can’t really give it a timeframe. But let’s put it this way: I’m closer with Erika than I’ve been with anybody in this circle. I have become close friends with Erika over the six years. I’m much closer to her than I’ve been to any of those women. So that is important to know, I think,” she continued.
Lisa also brought up the “terrible rumor” that claimed Erika invested money in Rinna Beauty.
“Erika did not give me a dime. And by the way, I would never borrow money from a friend. … That is not true. No,” Lisa quipped.
