Almost a Housewife once again!
Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jo De La Rosa is engaged! Over the weekend, the former reality TV star announced her engagement to boyfriend Taran Gray Peirson on Instagram.
“Still feel like I’m dreaming,” Jo wrote alongside a photo of her, Peirson, and her engagement ring. “The day after but last night, I said yes 
.”
Peirson then shared a close-up shot of Jo’s engagement ring with the caption: “Jo Peirson has a nice “ring” to it. 
.”
The couple met on Hinge in June 2020. By December of that year, she was ready to share her new love with the world and introduced him to fans in a vlog on YouTube.
“I just felt like we had so much in common,” Joe explained in the vlog. “So, in the past, I’ve dated a lot of business guys. So you were — he was — a breath of fresh air because I was working in a really creative industry, and so it was just nice to connect over that.”
The pair talked on the dating app for two weeks before upgrading their communication to phone calls and Zoom. They kept their relationship online for months and even said ‘I love you’ before meeting in person.
Jo was an OG cast member when RHOC premiered on Bravo in 2006; she ultimately left the show after two seasons. She was the youngest Housewife on the show and was only 23 years old, while the rest were in their late 30s and early 40s. At the time, she was engaged to Slade Smiley, who went on to date and have a child with fellow OC Housewife Gretchen Rossi.
RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.
