If there was ever a housewife who needed to bake herself a humble pie, it would be Erika Girardi.
The notorious Ms. Jayne has found herself under intense scrutiny after it was discovered that her lavish lifestyle was allegedly funded via Tom Girardi’s law practice which operated as a giant Ponzi scheme. Ever since the bombshell discovery was made public, Erika has given zero f**ks as she continues to post sexy photos showcasing pricey designer items and hasn’t publicly shown any remorse for the victims.
On Wednesday it was announced that The Ruigomez family, whose son was subjected to horrific burns due to a gas explosion, and who was subsequently awarded $11 million dollars, can now go after Erika to recuperate stolen funds. It was announced that the family, who were featured in Hulu’s The Housewife and the Hustler, can pursue a collections lawsuit against Erika to obtain the $11 million that they are owed .
“The Ruigomez Family, the Girardi Trustee and the GK Trustee shall cooperate with each other with their collection efforts against Erika,” the court documents reads. Hours after the news broke, Erika posted a GIF which many perceived as cold, and not just because she is the self-proclaimed ice queen. “The ice queen can take it,” the GIF reads.

Erika also “liked” a tweet that declared, “No ice, just a strong woman people hate to see it.”
Note to Erika: We all love strong women. What we don’t love is women showing no remorse for victims and flaunting wealth even after you found out where the money came from. Can someone please order a humble pie and send it to Erika Jayne’s modest $9,500/month home?
RHOBH airs Wednesdays on Bravo.
Thoughts on Erika’s GIF? Do you think it was inappropriate to post after the Judge’s ruling?
