Jumping on the bandwagon!
Kyle Richards agrees with Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna’s recent comments that co-star Garcelle Beauvais is phony and inauthentic on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kyle backs up Dorit and Lisa’s claims about Garcelle. According to Kyle, Garcelle seems to say one thing to her co-stars’ faces and another thing in the press.
“When they said that, I kind of understood that in a sense because, her first season, I thought she liked me. We were getting along and having the best time, and then I would see interview bites or things that she was saying, like when she said, ‘Oh, Kyle looked hideous tonight,’ and then she’d kind of giggle,” Kyle explained.
“I was like, that did feel inauthentic to me, honestly, because if I don’t like you, you’re going to know it,” she continued, “I’m going to say it to your face. I’m not going to be nice and save it for my interview.”
This all comes after Garcelle accused the entire RHOBH cast of “acting” this season.
Dorit and Rinna later responded to the claim while chatting with Access Hollywood.
“I know that everyone is being authentic,” Dorit said, “if she thinks that, I think maybe she has an idea of the show that doesn’t really exist. And I worry because this is about our real lives. You’ve got to be yourself. And if you’re not, you’re gonna get called out on it. It’s gonna show.”
Meanwhile, Rinna said that Garcelle deserves an Academy Award for her acting this season.
“Garcelle. And what’s her tagline? Thank you. Anyway,” Rinna quipped.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
