Buckle up, Real Housewives of New Jersey fans, cause season 12 is going to be a wild ride!
Season 12 of RHONJ started filming on Tuesday, June 8, and we’ve got some early tea about what fans can expect from the season.

Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, and Jackie Goldschneider are all returning for the upcoming season. According to RHONJ Obsessed, Bravo will NOT be adding a seventh Housewife to the show for season 12.
However, “there will be a new friend of being throwing into the mix.”
Speaking of said new friend, a source tells HollywoodLife, “There is one new lady who will be filming, and Dolores knows her. But it’s too soon to know whether she’ll be full-time or not.”
The friend’s identity is rumored to be Caroline Rauseo, who is a realtor, wife, and mother to 14-year-old Sofia. She’s also good friends with Teresa, Dolores, and Jennifer.
Per, Real Housewives Franchise, Caroline will initially join RHONJ in a ‘friend’ role, but she could be upgraded to a full-time housewife!

Meanwhile, a source tells HollywoodLife that most of the RHONJ cast isn’t happy that Jennifer was asked back for season 12.
“The ladies of RHONJ will start filming this Tuesday [June 8], and a few of them are surprised that Jennifer Aydin was asked to return,” the source explained. “After the reunion, Jackie, Margaret, and Melissa were none too pleased to find that out, as they are not particularly friends with her right now. They are not looking forward to filming with her and haven’t seen or spoken to her since the reunion.”
Dolores is reportedly playing peacemaker between the ladies; however, the drama is spilling over into the husbands’ friendships.
“Dolores is the peacemaker and is friends with everybody, so she’s tried to help fix things, but it hasn’t worked,” the source added. “This is where the drama will be picking up. The drama seems to be spilling over between the men, too, as Joe Gorga left Bill Aydin out of an upcoming event.”
Season 12 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is expected to premiere on Bravo in early 2022.
