Jen Shah is being forced out of her $4 million Utah rental home after being arrested for wire fraud and money laundering in March.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star has to move out of her rental home as the current owners have put the mansion on the market.
Per The Sun, Jen’s Shah Ski Chalet’ went on the market Tuesday, May 25.
Univesco Inc., a Texas-based real estate rental company, has owned the five-bedroom home since 2014. The company reportedly already has an offer on the table for the home, and now the property is currently “pending or under contract.”
This means Jen and her husband Shariff Shah will need to vacate their rental home ASAP.
The listing reads: “At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac perched upon a bluff above the 8th and 10th holes of the renowned Tom Fazio-designed Golf Club and Spa, this residence boasts panoramic views and serenity.”
The home also boasts three master suites, two additional bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. It also features plush cream and gray furnishings along with an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi set-up that overlooks the stunning views of the nearby golf course.
The 9,420-square-foot home also has nine-foot ceilings, a pool table, and a massive wine cellar.

It’s unclear where Jen is currently living, but I’m sure Bravo is capturing every bit of Jen’s life/move for season 2 of RHOSLC.
RHOSLC will return to Bravo for season 2 in late 2021.
