Teresa Giudice has been single and ready to mingle for quite some time.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has found love again with her “soulmate” / new boyfriend Luis Ruelas, who fans were first introduced to in the season 11 mid-season trailer.
However, for years fans have been hoping that Teresa would get together with the smoking hot “pool boy” Tony Delorenzo.
Teresa recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she gushed about her new man and set the record straight on her relationship with Tony.
On WWHL, Andy asked if anything ever happened between her and Tony.
“I went out with him in high school,” Teresa explained, noting that’s the last time they were anything more than friends.
“He dates one of my good friends that I hang out with. That’s why it would never happen,” she added.
Tre then takes things a step further and completely friend-zones Tony by comparing their relationship to her longstanding friendship with Dolores Catania. Ouch.
“We’re just so close as friends. He tells me everything that’s going on in his love life, and I tell him everything that’s going on,” she said. “I love hanging out with him, to go out and have a great time with him, because he’s so much fun. He’s like a girlfriend to me.”
