‘Damaging’ Proof of Erika Girardi’s ‘Direct Involvement’ in Tom Girardi’s Financial Borrowing Emerges; the RHOBH Star’s Assets Now at Risk

Uh-oh, things aren’t looking good for Erika Girardi!

Damaging proof of Erika’s “direct involvement” in estranged husband Tom Girardi’s financial borrowing comes to light. As a result, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s assets now at risk.

Since Tom’s career and financial life started to implode in the Fall of 2020, many have wondered about Erika’s possible involvement. However, there has been no evidence that Erika had any knowledge of Tom’s grifting.

Per Ronald Richards, “In connection with an opposition to @erikajayne’s request to get a part of the $600,000 exemption from Tom Girardi’s house, a lender has provided damaging signatures showing her direct involvement in the borrowing by TG, and this will become powerful evidence against her in any future case if she tries to claim she didn’t know what was going on.”

Richards added, “These purportedly signed documents would undercut that position. She was assisting in the loan and, in fact, gave a priority to the lender over her own personal assets. You can judge for yourself.”

Erika’s attorneys have already insisted that she has played no role in Tom’s legal issues. Publicly, Erika has attempted to portray herself as a victim of her estranged husband’s lies, deception, and unfaithfulness.

Richards also notes that criminal charges won’t be pressed against Erika until there’s “clear evidence of knowledge” that she knew of the fraud. He added, “She may claim she didn’t know tom was broke or borrowing a lot of money, but this negates any innocent housewife defense.”

The signed documents also show that Erika forfeits her share of the “community property,” which Richards says “means she will not get part of the sale.”

Meanwhile, one fan pointed out: “Signatures don’t match? Would a loan company accept that squiggle as a signature?”

Richards replied, “Let her come out and deny the signature.” A fan then shared a photo of Erika’s signature that appeared on RHOBH in a note she wrote to Lisa Vanderpump when her brother, Mark Vanderpump, passed away. The signature on the note matches the “squiggle signature” on the documents provided as evidence.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 11 in mid-2021.
