Now, the restauranteur turned reality star is facing another major headache.
Per TMZ, PUMP, and Villa Blanca, two of Lisa and Ken Todd‘s restaurants are being sued over failed produce bills. Before both restaurants shutting down in 2020 due to COVID-19, they received produce and vegetables from West Central Produce.
Now, West Central Produce is suing the eateries for past unpaid deliveries. In documents from the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, “WCP says it got its last payment from Villa Blanca in March 2020 for $8,890.10 … while PUMP forked over $9,144.70. That’s a ton o’ veggies!”
The produce company claims that in Spring 2020, payments stopped coming in from LVP’s restaurants, which is right around the time quarantine began, and restaurants were forced to close their doors. The company claims they are owed “just under $100k,” which they are suing for “plus interest.”
Meanwhile, Ken told TMZ he wasn’t aware of the lawsuit but said he would pay WCP ASAP if his restaurants owe the company money. He also noted that this past year has been tough for everyone in the restaurant business.
Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump premieres March 18 at 9 pm ET on E! It’s unclear when or if Bravo will begin filming for season 9 of Vanderpump Rules.
