New show, who dis?
Former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor hints that he and his wife Brittany Cartwright may be getting a new show on Hulu. This rumor popped up shortly after Hulu announced that the Kardashian-Jenners will create “global content” for the streaming service starting in 2021, following the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on E!.
“Hmmmmm…” Jax wrote on Twitter along with a winky smiley-face emoji. He also shared an E! News article about the Kar-Jenner’s move to Hulu.
Meanwhile, a source tells E! News that Jax and Brittany “are very excited for their son and they have some projects they are working on that allow them to share their own lives without Bravo’s limitations.”
“Jax and Brittany are planning to get their own show based on their new phase of life becoming parents,” the source revealed on Thursday, Dec. 10. “They have started to film ideas and are pitching it right now. We will definitely be seeing them return. Many people are interested in this new journey and they are very excited to share.”
While Jax and Brittany haven’t released a public statement about their intentions to do a new reality show, Jax has made it known on Instagram that they are planning on continuing their reality TV journey.
Shortly after announcing their departure from Vanderpump Rules, Jax told fans to “stay tuned” and that he and his Brittany “are just getting started.”
“We want to do something more family-related,” Jax told fans. “I just couldn’t see myself doing this same type of show with a child. My marriage and family are more important. I am excited now to be a fan.”
“[We] will be on TV just not this show,” he added.
It’s unclear when or if Bravo will begin filming for season 9 of Vanderpump Rules.
