The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills - RHOBH

REPORT: Tori Spelling Is In Talks To Join Season 11 of RHOBH As A Friend of the Housewives

Rumor has it…

Tori Spelling is in talks to join the season 11 cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a friend of the Housewives.

“She’s hoping that a few appearances on the show will turn her into a fan favorite, ultimately securing her a spot as a full-time Housewife,” an insider close to the actress spills to Life & Style.

As for her “in” on the show, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star is reportedly close pals with RHOBH stars Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna.

“Tori is convinced she can deliver. She’s had her own reality show before and knows how to play the game,” the insider adds. “Plus, Dean McDermott would definitely be one of the husbands to watch.”

So, how does Bravo feel about this potential casting choice? An insider claims, “Bravo’s very interested in casting Tori on RHOBH. It would be a win-win for everyone.”

A very similar report surfaced last month; however, a Bravo insider quickly dismissed the rumor.

In October, Brice Sander, the Chief Real Housewives correspondent at Entertainment Tonight, insisted that Tori was NOT joining RHOBH.

Because I keep seeing account after account post: Tori Spelling is NOT joining #RHOBH, crushing all of our dreams of her visiting the hibachi grill where the fall happened with Dorit,” Brice tweeted on October 20.

As for why Bravo and Andy Cohen won’t be giving Tori a diamond, Brice said that the network seems to be taking a break from hiring “actresses as Housewives.”

Instead, Bravo is going back to their original formula of hiring “unfamous women with money.”

“I think they’re going to take a break from actresses-as-Housewives for a bit. The other casting rumors seem to be a return to the original theme, un-famous women with money,” he added at the time.

It’s unclear if Bravo has since changed their mind on hiring Tori as this report has recently resurfaced yet again. Only time will tell if Bravo will bring Tori aboard for season 11 of RHOBH. As they say on Bravo, watch what happens!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 11 in mid-2021.
