Jim Edmonds Claims He Found Out About Son’s Cerebral Palsy Diagnosis Via Social Media!

There seems to be never-ending drama between Meghan King and her ex-husband baseball legend Jim Edmonds.

Meghan recently revealed that her son Hart had been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy after more than a year of neurological testing (for original story click here.) The former RHOC star admitted that while it was heart-breaking, she felt relief in the diagnosis as she could now focus on the recovery. At the time, Meghan wrote:

“I was expecting this diagnosis. Even though he’s the same kid I expected it to hit me hard. But it didn’t. It didn’t hit me hard at all. In fact, I felt relieved. Think about it this way: it was as mundane as going through life every day without putting the lid on the toothpaste and then finally, I got to put the lid on. That’s how simple and right it felt.”

Despite finding peace at the news, someone who did not was ex-husband Jim who accused Meghan of announcing the news on social media vs. telling him about their son’s diagnosis personally. According to The Blast, his rep Steve Honig reached out to the outlet and stated that “Jim is unaware of any such diagnosis and, if it is even true, it is completely unconscionable and absolutely disgraceful that Meghan would announce this on social media without discussing it with him first.”

Yikes – despite Meghan not speaking out to confirm or deny this, such a public divorce battle among such devastating news is hard to watch. Hopefully, these two can remain peaceful for the sake of their children.

Thoughts on Jim Edmonds speaking out?
