Teddi Mellencamp is MENTIONING IT ALL now that she’s no longer an official apart of the Real Housewives!
On Thursday, September 24, the All-In accountability coach answered fans’ burning questions about her exit from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during a Q & A on her Instagram stories.
“I did see all of your messages saying, ‘Why did you turn commenting off on your last Housewives post? We wanted to say thank you, or we wanted to ask you a question, or we wanted to reach out and see how you’re doing,’” Teddi said via her Instagram stories.
She reveals that she gets her “feelings hurt” from “time to time.”
However, she also admitted that she was finally ready to answer all the questions about her RHOBH exit.
“Anything that takes up so much of your life becomes something that you’re going to miss,” she explained. “That being said, I do think I was living like one foot in, one foot out on the rest of my life. … I’m not bitter, but I’m trying to answer your questions the best way I can.”
With that said, let’s dive into all the tea! So, how did Teddi find out she got fired from RHOBH?
“I found out from my agent and manager. That was a phone call,” she quipped.
Teddi admitted she “had an idea” she was on the chopping block when “all of these magical memories we had as a family that were filmed were completely not shown” during season 10. Adding, that’s when she knew something was “up” with her spot on the show.
Teddi also says she’s open to the possibility of returning to RHOBH as a “friend” of the Housewives.
“I’m really trying to figure out what’s best for me and [the] next steps and my family and work and all the things. So I never say never about anything, but I’ll just have to see,” she explained.
When asked about getting her own spinoff show, Teddi hinted: “We’ll just have to see about that won’t we.”
While on the subject of RHOBH, Teddi also shut down claims producers forced her to bring up Denise Richards’ alleged relationship with Brandi Glanville during dinner in Rome.
“I’m a grown person. I’m pretty sure no one can make you do anything,” she said. “It was told to me on camera, along with things about me. Y’all know what the show is about.”
As for which RHOBH co-stars she’s still in touch with and who has reached out post-firing, Teddi said that all of her co-stars except Denise have contacted her in one way or another. However, she adds that no one knows what to say.
“Nobody really knows what to say. Of course, it’s like, ‘I can’t believe this, I’m so sorry, this is so crazy this is happening,’” Teddi explained. “But I truly know in my heart that all of the real friendships will continue on, show or no show.”
Teddi says she talks to Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, and Kyle Richards “almost every day.”
“Dorit [Kemsley] was so incredible when it came to all the kids that went down with my kids this year. Same with Sutton [Stracke]. Garcelle [Beauvais] reached out.”
Speaking of friendships, Teddi gave BFF Kyle a special shout-out for being such a fantastic friend.
“I can’t even put into words what an amazing friend Kyle is and how much I love her family and our friendship,” she said. “And how crazy it is that we met on a reality television show.”
