Andy Cohen is going All-In!
The Big Daddy of Bravo is shutting down rumors that Teddi Mellencamp’s All-In drama played a role in the network’s decision to let her go from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Andy says that if it were up to him, he would have kept Teddi around to address the controversy on camera.
“Now there’s a whole controversy online about her business. People are speculating that the online chatter about her business led to her dismissal,” Andy said on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live on September 23. “I just want to say, because I think it’s important that one had absolutely nothing to do with the other. I actually would have liked to see her respond to her critics on the show.”
He added that while he never participated in the program, he’s heard nothing but good things about it from Jeff Lewis and his team.
“I remember them saying they went through the All In program, and they did not have bad things to say about it,” he continued. “I think they said they were hungry, but he said that that program taught him how to order food in restaurants.”
As for Teddi’s exit announcement, Andy said, “I thought [it] was one of the most, no BS I’m leaving announcements on record. That was really good. I have to say everyone has just been through it. The year, like it’s not many people for whom this year has been good for. She had some major health stuff with her kids.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 11 in mid-2021.
