Danielle Staub needs to vacate her ex-husband Marty Caffrey’s multi-million-dollar mansion.
According to Screen Rant, earlier this month, Danielle had a meltdown in court after a judge ordered her to vacate Marty’s home.
Per Danielle’s divorce settlement, she had until April 2019 to purchase the home from Marty or vacate it all together.
However, Danielle continued living in the home well into 2020 – along with Marty. On the RHONJ After Show, in December 2019, Danielle insisted that she was planning on buying the house from Marty, which was the only reason they were still living together.
Not surprisingly, Danielle never came up with the funds to purchase the $2m home.
Earlier this year, Danielle was also denied the right to block showings on the property after Marty finally put the property back on the market.
Marty was swamped with offers on the home due to many city dwellers looking to escape New York City amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
On July 7, Marty finally sold the 6-bedroom, 8-bath home for nearly $2.2 million.
No word on where Danielle will be moving to.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo in late 2020 or early 2021.
