Second season scaries?
Garcelle Beauvais is “hoping” that Bravo will ask her back as a full-time cast member for season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but admits she’s a little scared of the drama to come during her second season on the show.
While on SiriusXM’s EW Live with Jessica Shaw on August 6, Garcelle revealed some advice Lisa Rinna gave her about what to expect during your second season as a Housewife.
“At the reunion, actually, Rinna said, ‘Your first season is always nice and pleasant and the second one they come for you,’” Garcelle revealed. “And I said ‘is that a warning’ and she said ‘yes!’ So I’m a little scared. I’m a little scared.”
As we’ve previously reported, Garcelle unfollowed Lisa on Instagram after the season 10 reunion taping. Denise Richards also unfollowed Lisa as well as co-stars Erika Girardi and Teddi Mellencamp.
During the interview with EW, Garcelle was asked if the RHOBH cast got together to “rehash everything” after taping the reunion. Garcelle admitted that some of the Housewives did, and some didn’t.
It’s no secret that Lisa, Erika, Teddi, and Dorit Kemsley all hung out at Kyle Richards’ house after filming the reunion. Garcelle, Denise, and Sutton Stracke did not attend.
“No one talked. Apparently, some of them got together afterwards, but me and Sutton weren’t invited,” Garcelle revealed.
On Instagram, Kyle defended not inviting Garcelle or Denise and Sutton to the after-party at her home.
Meanwhile, Garcelle revealed that not everyone in the RHOBH cast received Denise’s cease and desist letter.
“Some people got it. I did not get a cease and desist,” she said.
Adding that it was “amazing that she [Denise] was able to do that, honestly.”
Garcelle also confirmed that the cease and desist letter drama would be openly discussed at the upcoming reunion.
“Yes, of course, come on. Rinna’s gonna bring it up, absolutely,” she said.
Speaking of Denise, Garcelle weighed in if she thinks Denise will return to RHOBH for season 11.
“We talked about that yesterday. I said I hope so,” Garcelle said.
Garcelle admitted that she and Denise are hesitant to return for another season of drama without each other.
“She’s like if you don’t come back, I’m not coming back, and I’m like, and if you don’t come back, I’m not coming back,” she confessed.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
