Like mother, like daughter?
It seems like the Real Housewives of New York apple might not have fallen far from the tree!
On Wednesday, the 25-year-old got into a heated tiff with FedEx employees when she tried to use their store as a moving company.
According to a Page Six spy, Avery, who is moving out of her West Village apartment, was demanding that FedEx employees box up her clothes along with other items in her car.
On Instagram stories, Avery showed off a mound of various items, including clear container boxes and garment bags, sitting outside of her car.
Employees at the West 4th Street FedEx location told Avery that they weren’t a moving company and couldn’t pack up her belongings.
However, Avery refused to take no for an answer. She left her belongings scattered across the store despite them telling her they didn’t have enough boxes to ship her items.
Another insider claims that Avery “left her belongings at the FedEx location only after the employees told her she was good to go and that they would handle the rest of her order as part of a business-type account that she has with the company.”
Avery denied these claims in a statement to Page Six, saying, “so much of this is untrue and extremely exaggerated.”
Meanwhile, Avery’s spokesperson agreed: “Someone is obviously trying to make more about this situation than it really is.”
“Avery has been shipping from this FedEx location since before March and throughout the entire move, and everyone has been so courteous and helpful,” the spokesperson continued. “The original location was unable to accommodate the size [of] box she needed to ship, so she had to switch locations. But that’s all it was.”
Regardless of what really went down between Avery and the employees of FedEx, it seems her stuff arrived safe and sound at her mother’s home in the Hamptons.
On Thursday, FedEx boxes were spotted piled up on the front porch of Ramona’s Hamptons home, according to a picture shared by DeuxMoi.
The Real Housewives of New York airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
