Are Melissa and Joe Gorga desperate to sell their New Jersey mansion? It appears so because they’ve once again listed their Montville, NJ mansion.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars have put their 6 bedroom, 7.5 bath home on the market for the fourth time! They initially listed their home in October of 2017 for $3.5 million, then took it off the market. They re-listed the property for $3.29 million a year later and de-listed it in February. Melissa and Joe then re-listed the home in April 2019 for $2.948 million before taking it off the market in November 2019.
If you’re in the market, you can score the home, which sits on 2.23 acres for a cool $2,948,888!
The estate boasts “meticulously landscaped grounds, a luxurious pool area with stone patio, outdoor kitchen and a lower level built for entertaining.”
It also features a “gourmet kitchen with center island and high-end appliances, a 2-story great room with Juliet balcony, library, billiard room, home theater” as well as a “full, finished basement with a gym, screening room, walk-in wine cellar, bar, salon, recording studio and children’s area.”
This time around, Joe and Melissa have listed their home with NJ Lux Real Estate in hopes of finally offloading their home.
It’s unclear where Joe and Melissa plan to move once they sell their home. Melissa has hinted about moving to Los Angeles, but that’s unlikely since Melissa continues to star on RHONJ. It’s more likely that the family will move to a smaller home in the Montville/Franklin Lakes area.
The two also own a million-dollar shore home on the water in Toms River that they’ve entirely renovated.
