Luann de Lesseps is moving on up.
The Real Housewives of New York star is selling her Upstate NY country home located in Port Ewen for $1.15 million.
“I’m actually quite sad to be selling this home because it’s a very special place for me,” Luann tells PEOPLE. “I love spending time Upstate due to its privacy, beautiful lakes, and hiking.”
She adds, “It’s one of the few places where I always felt I could unwind when I wasn’t filming or out on the road with my cabaret tour, and the views of the Hudson River are truly stunning. I know I will miss sitting on the deck and watching the ships sail by as they head down to the city.”
Over the last few months, Luann came to the decision to sell her riverfront home while “working on the launch of my new skincare line.”
During this time Luann realized that she spends the majority of her time at her Sag Harbor home and doesn’t really utilize her Port Ewen home enough.
The 2,400-square-foot mid-century property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with “sweeping views” of the river. The home is also located just a few minutes from various trendy locations such as Kingston, Woodstock, and Rhinebeck.
