Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute Apologize For Calling the Police On Pump Rules Co-Star Faith Stowers in 2018

Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute are now apologizing after being called out by their former Vanderpump Rules co-star Faith Stowers.

While appearing on an Instagram Live with Candace Rice, Faith opened up about being the only black cast member on VPR. She also called out Stassi and Kristen for calling the police on her as revenge for sleeping with Jax Taylor.

“There was this article on Daily Mail where there was an African American lady. It was a weird photo, so she looked very light-skinned and had these different, weird tattoos. They showcased her, and I guess this woman was robbing people,” Faith explained. “And they called the cops and said it was me. This is like, a true story. I heard this from actually Stassi during an interview.”

If you remember a few seasons back, Jax cheated on his then-girlfriend, now wife Brittany Cartwright with Faith, who worked at SUR and appeared on VPR.

Stassi and Kristen weren’t happy with Faith over her betrayal of Brittany. The two were apparently out for revenge and even went so far as to call the cops and claim that Faith was going around Los Angeles drugging and robbing wealthy men.

This all came to light when Stassi appeared on The Bitch Bible podcast in 2018. Listen to what Stassi said about Faith in the now-deleted podcast below!

Meanwhile, Kristen shared security footage of a black woman, who she claimed was Faith on Twitter. However, Kristen never had any confirmation that it was actually her Pump Rules co-star.

After Stassi’s allegations made headlines, Faith threatened to sue Stassi but in the end, only wanted the Pump Rules OG to “retract the statements.”

At the time, Faith also said she wasn’t ready to label Stassi a racist. Not sure if that feeling has changed since then or not.

“I don’t want to put the ‘r’ word out there and say that’s she’s racist because that can really stick with somebody. Even though she’s a hateful, hateful bitch, I’m not gonna put more on her cause it, it’s just not fair and it’s just not who I am…I don’t think she’s saying it because I’m black… I don’t want to say too much about it. It was disgusting, it was tasteless. Especially for her.”

However, this isn’t the first time Stassi’s been called out for her questionable comments on a podcast. Stassi has previously made comments about both the Black Lives Matter movement and the #MeToo movement that have landed her in hot water.

On top of all that a 2018 picture of Stassi, Kristen, and friend Rachel sporting various “chic” looks has come back to haunt them. In the photo, Stassi sports a “Nazi chic” look while Kristen is “Tupac chic” and Rachel is “Criminal chic.”

Now, Stassi and Kristen are apologizing for their past behavior and action. Both Pump Rules stars issued apologies, moments apart, on Sunday, June 7.

“Racially insensitive comments from my past have resurfaced. It is important that I continue to take accountability for what I have said and done while pushing myself to do better,” Stassi wrote in an Instagram post.

“I have grown significantly from the person I was then, and I am still filled with remorse and regret for the hurt I caused. I am grateful for the people in my life that continue to check me and push me to evolve into a more educated person,” she continued.

She also acknowledged her past treatment of Faith, saying,  “I also want to address my former castmate, Faith Stowers. My emotions over something that happened between our friends outweighed my logic, and there is no excuse for that.”

“I did not recognize then the serious ramifications that could have transpired because of my actions. What I did to Faith was wrong. I apologize and I do not expect forgiveness,” Stassi added. “I am also sorry to anyone else that feels disappointed in me. I am going to continue to look closer at myself and my actions — to take the time to listen, to learn, and to take accountability for my own privilege.”

Kristen on the other hand wrote, “I have been taking some time to really process what I’ve been seeing, feeling and learning. And I need to address something specifically that happened a few years ago with my former castmate, Faith Stowers.”

“Although my actions were not racially driven, I am now completely aware of how my privilege blinded me from the reality of law enforcement’s treatment of the black community, and how dangerous my actions could have been to her,” she added.

Lisa Vanderpump, Andy Cohen, and Bravo have yet to comment on this latest controversy however, Stassi has lost several of her podcast sponsors as a result. Some fans are calling for Stassi and Kristen to be fired from Pump Rules as well.

Stay tuned for more on this developing story.
