Scheana may not mind bringing you a glass of Pino Grigio but she’d rather by the HBIC at SUR.
Scheana is one of the few OG SUR-vers that actually still works at the WeHo restaurant. While others like Stassi, Katie, Kristen and Lala still appear on the show, they don’t actually work at the Hollywood hot spot that made them famous. Jax has shown frustration at still being a bartender at SUR, so does Scheana feel the same way?
During a recent appearance on the podcast Behind the Velvet Rope Scheana commented: “I take my job seriously and if that means waiting tables because that’s my job, then that’s what I’m going to do.”
“I just know that the show started at SUR. It’s gonna end at SUR. It has other components to it, but I really do value my job and I take it seriously. And I know it’s important to stay there. That’s why I’m still there. I will be there until I get fired or the show gets canceled and I hope none of those things happen.”
Despite having no shame in her game, Scheana added that she may be eyeing Peter’s spot, stating “I do want a promotion next season. If there’s a season 9 and I’m still at SUR, make me a damn manager, you know?”
This comes after it was reported that Scheana was “livid” after finding out that producers specifically targeted her in order to embarrass her. I have to say, I do feel Scheana should be moving up if she has been there over a decade; however I don’t quite see her as a manager. I understand her frustration but maybe she could be more of an event coordinator at SUR? The girl does love to plan parties!
